A typical pre-consultation discussion includes important details such as the timing and arrangement of traditional events ( introductions, bouquet toss) special dedications, programming of the music format, location of the DJ and equipment etc. Since your Dj is also the master of ceremonies this planning insures a smooth running reception.

Our wedding video montage can also be viewed on our home page. This provides a comfort level for the bride & groom as it allows them to view live footage of actual wedding performances. A live performance should include aspects such as the orchestrating of events, personal & equipment appearance, master of ceremonies capabilities, music programming, volume level and interaction with the audience.
- MUSIC FORMAT: A song list is available right here on our website that allows you to listen to song samples and compile your very own song suggestion sheets. We provide all our clients with their very own user name & password so they can access all of our planning forms including the ability to Build a Must Play or Do Not Play Request List.
- ATTIRE: Proper attire is a must! Our standard attire is formal unless otherwise agreed upon.
- WEB ACCESS CLIENT LOGIN: Because Detail Is Important To Insuring A Well Orchestrated Wedding Reception, all clients receive a user name & password to access all of our planning forms. These private forms can be saved, modified and emailed at anytime up to 5 days prior to your reception.
